Joe Noonan

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Noonan joined Viamedia in 2008. He is responsible for managing the day to day operations for the organization, as well as, playing a key role in partner relationships and acquisition. He also is an advisor to the Board of Directors.

He began his career in cable advertising sales and has worked in all facets of sales and management in the industry. Prior to Viamedia, he served as Northeast Regional Vice President for Time Warner Cable Media Sales for five years where he created the template for regionalizing operations centers and launched several 24 hour live news channels.

His experience spans more than 21 years in cable television advertising since earning a Bachelors of Science from Siena College in Albany, NY.
